Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available in $100 - $700 amounts and can be used at Castaways Resort, Bersantai Day Spa or Castaways Restaurant & Bar. They cannot be used at Glam Camping.

To purchase, buy online and your voucher will be couriered out to you, or call +64 9 236 5041 or email stay@castaways.co.nz.

Vouchers will be sent out to you once payment has been received and this may take up to 5 workings days.

Terms & Conditions:
- Gift Vouchers can be used at Castaways Resort, Bersantai Day Spa or Castaways Restaurant & Bar at anytime (subject to availability) within 12 months of purchase.

- Call or email to redeem your voucher.

- Not valid for third party operators associated with the hotel.

- Not exchangeable for cash.

- Courier fees are non-refundable.
