Castaways Resort has been granted resource consent to expand onto our 52 ha freehold property adjacent to the existing Castaways Resort facilities.
The expansion will add 100 two bedroom Villas, a 500 guest wedding/ conference/ restaurant facility and all other buildings, site works and infrastructure normally associated with a resort including a day spa, pool and cultural centre.
The expansion is a staged development with Stage 1 & 2 complete and the first 13 lots available now! Our Show Home is complete and all are welcome to view the Villa and have a walk around the available lots while taking in the stunning clifftop sea views.
To ensure an income for the owners all Villa’s will remain in a letting pool when not in use by the owner.
