Purchase an e-voucher for an online voucher with immediate delivery into your email inbox, or purchase a physical gift card that can be handed to the bearer.
*Physical gift cards will be couriered out to you once payment has been received, this may take up to 5 workings days. Courier fees are non-refundable. Selected e-vouchers are available to redeem at Castaways Resort’s sister properties.
Terms & Conditions:
- Gift Vouchers can be used within 12 months of purchase.
- Monetary E-Vouchers can not be used for payment for Glam Camping.
- Call or email to redeem your voucher.
- Not valid for third-party operators associated with the hotel.
- Not exchangeable for cash.
- Admin costs of 3% will be deducted from any refunds made.
Please Note: Gift cards can be used over public holiday weekends.
